Welcome to exe777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and exe777, governing your access to and use of the exe777 website located at https://exe777.cam, including all associated services, features, content, games and betting markets made available through the Platform.

exe777 is an online casino and sports betting information platform targeting adult players in Pakistan. All content is presented in English and is intended for users aged 18 and above. The Platform covers cricket betting, live casino, slots, sports wagering, esports and responsible gambling resources.

By accessing, registering on or using the exe777 Platform in any manner, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms in full, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — the exe777 website, mobile-optimised site and all related services accessible via https://exe777.cam.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" — any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount or other incentive offered to a Player, subject to the specific terms of each promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, including identity and address verification documentation required by the Platform.
• "Real Money" — funds deposited by a Player from their own personal financial resources, used to participate in games and betting markets.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of Real Money from a Player's personal payment account or instrument into their exe777 Account balance.
• "Withdrawal" — a request by a Player to transfer available Account balance funds back to a verified personal payment account.
• "Intellectual Property" — all software, design, text, images, logos, trademarks, data and other content owned by or licensed to exe777.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing the Platform is restricted or unlawful, as determined by the applicable licensing authority.

To register and maintain an Account on exe777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of exe777, nor a close relative of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by exe777 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player under any active self-exclusion arrangement that covers the Platform.
• You are acting voluntarily, with full understanding of the financial risk associated with gambling, and you are not using the Platform as a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

Only one Account per individual is permitted. Creating duplicate, linked or secondary Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

KYC Verification is a mandatory process that exe777 conducts to verify the identity of Players prior to processing any withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before approving deposits above specified thresholds. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant account in your name).
• Source of funds documentation, if required by the operator's compliance obligations.

exe777 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By submitting KYC documentation, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name. exe777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from unverified or third-party sources may be frozen pending investigation and returned to their origin without liability to exe777.

Payment method references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity to Pakistani users only. These references do not constitute confirmation that these payment providers support, endorse or facilitate gambling transactions. Available deposit and withdrawal methods are subject to the operator's current policy and applicable Pakistani financial regulations at the time of use.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the Platform cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the Platform. Withdrawals below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and may range from 24 hours to several business days. Pending KYC verification may extend processing time.
• Currency: Account balances are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the PKR equivalent of deposits or withdrawals where conversion applies.
• Fees: exe777 does not charge fees for standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which exe777 accepts no liability.

exe777 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonus figures displayed on the Platform — including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cricket weekend offers, sports starter offers and VIP program rewards — are illustrative examples only unless accompanied by a live, active promotion notice. Promotional availability, terms and amounts are subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. One bonus per Player per promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from eligible wagering activity after meeting the applicable Wagering Requirement may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Minimum deposit amounts must be met to qualify for a deposit-match bonus. Deposits below the stated minimum will not trigger the bonus.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Incomplete wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• exe777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus if it suspects fraudulent activity, Terms abuse or technical error.
• Bonuses may only be used in designated eligible games or markets as specified in each promotion's individual terms.

All wagering on exe777 — whether sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables or any other format — is subject to the following general rules:

• Bets placed using Real Money are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after the event or game has commenced, except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly available.
• In the event of a technical failure, interrupted connection or system error during a game round or bet settlement, exe777 will attempt to resolve the outcome based on available data. The Platform's decision in such circumstances is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by Player tier, game type and current promotional terms.
• Odds displayed for sports betting are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at the time of confirmation are final.
• In the event of a game error, mathematical error or manifest display error resulting in a bet at incorrect odds or with incorrect parameters, exe777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount.
• Winnings from voided bets are not payable. exe777's liability in the event of a voided bet is limited to returning the staked amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the exe777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating or using more than one Account, or allowing another individual to use your Account credentials.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through coordinated betting patterns, hedging strategies, or methods designed to extract value from promotional credits without genuine recreational play intent.
• Fraud & Money Laundering: Depositing or withdrawing funds obtained through illegal means, or using the Platform as a vehicle for financial fraud or money laundering.
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any automated tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to regular human users.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes to the detriment of other Players or the Platform.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse-engineer software, or interfere with Platform security systems.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating another person.
• Minor Access: Attempting to register or access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating a minor's access to the Platform.

exe777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a method of generating income or addressing financial hardship. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the net amount you can lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session length notifications to help you maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion is processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed until the stated exclusion period expires.
• Reality Checks: Optional pop-up reminders displaying time elapsed and net wagering activity during an active session.

All content on the exe777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and game content — is the property of exe777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from exe777.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any Platform software.
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices, labels or legends on the Platform.
• Use any automated scraping, crawling or data extraction tools on the Platform without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, exe777 shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption arising in any manner from your use of the Platform.
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any Platform content, including game information, odds, bonus terms or promotional materials.
• Interruptions, delays or failures in Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond exe777's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, government restrictions, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Financial loss resulting from a Player's decision to gamble, regardless of the information, tools or resources provided by exe777.

exe777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• exe777 has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• A Player has provided false or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the Account would expose exe777 to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.
• The Platform ceases to operate or withdraws from the market.

A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding wagering activity, pending KYC review or disputed transaction investigations. Any Real Money balance remaining in a closed Account, after deducting any outstanding obligations, will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to verification requirements.

exe777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email notification or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. The version of the Terms applicable to any dispute is the version in force at the time the relevant event or transaction occurred.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which exe777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their validity, existence, effect, interpretation or breach, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Players based in Pakistan acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation may restrict online gambling activities. exe777 is not licensed by any Pakistani authority and makes no claim to Pakistani regulatory approval. Users access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with the laws applicable in their location. This clause does not constitute legal advice.
